JUSTIN LAWRENCE
Justin joined the Tolk Group in January 2015 with over 34 years’ experience within the coal mining sector and a proven track record in managing complex operational and maintenance issues in high volume, low cost underground coal mines.
He is a disciplined and approachable leader with a strong team focus demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication skills and a common sense approach to both safety and operational issues.
Justin has a passion in the management and motivation of staff to achieve exceptional safety, production and attendance key performance indicators (KPI’s).
His previous maintenance background blends well in the operational space in regards to understanding and responding to all operational, maintenance and breakdown activities.
He has a comprehensive knowledge and experience of strict HSEC regulations, policies and procedures with an exemplary safety and attendance record which separates him from his competitors in the current market.
