Combining tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering with over 25 years of underground coal mining experience, Paul has played a pivotal role in developing the Tolk Group’s reputation as a major player in the longwall relocation business. His coal mining career has seen him hold a wide range of positions such as longwall manager; engineering manager, production manager and project manager for various multi-national companies. With a strong background in longwall relocations, Paul’s current focus within the Tolk Group has been on the development of key people within the organisation.
