Established in 2001, the company has grown, diversified and developed into a multi-resourceful and highly skilled organisation with three key service offerings:

FIELD SERVICE/LABOUR HIRE

Techserve deliver a complete resource solution for underground mining, providing trade qualified electricians, fitters, engineers, supervisors and project managers for a diverse range of areas within the resource sectors. Our highly skilled personnel are available for both short and long term projects.

ENGINEERING

Techserve specialise in amalgamating mechanical, electrical and civil engineering concepts to provide an overall project solution service across multiple sectors. Typical projects include design, manufacture, supply, installation, commissioning and ongoing servicing.

TRAINING

Techserve provides a wide range of nationally accredited and industry development programs, delivered by experienced professional who have actually worked within the industry. Their training programs prepare beginners for underground mining and broaden the capabilities of experienced personnel.

The business was restructured in 2011 to create a Management Board. This structure brings with it a massive 73 years of underground coal mining industry knowledge, expertise and experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining and Management.

Longbolt Diesel Services was formed in January 2012 by Longbolt and Valory Pty Ltd to provide underground diesel maintenance and repairs. This Company supports and enhances our services to mine sites by being able to provide a total package when it comes to a full longwall relocation.

When Tolk Group was created in 2013 as a joint venture between Techserve and Longbolt, this enabled Tolk Group to offer mining services at a tier 1 level. This joint venture combined two companies that complement each other with the ability to grow and provide continued excellence in underground coal mining.

Longbolt Diesel Services was integrated into Longbolt in 2016.
